The Taipei District Prosecutors Office is currently investigating the biggest medical tax evasion case in history. Prosecutors have discovered that the Springsoft Education Foundation and the Cheng Han Education Foundation helped over 200 National Defense Medical Center alumni and professors shelter over NT$78 million in unpaid taxes.

台北地檢署偵辦、醫界史上最大規模集體逃漏稅案。查出中研院院士蔡作雍、成立的思源教育學術促進基金會，以及成漢基金會，涉嫌以「假捐贈、真逃稅」方式，協助國防醫院畢業的醫師、教授、超過兩百多人、逃漏稅7千840萬。
