hey bestieees!!! ♡ how’s everything? i hope ya’ll are doing a-okay! i am back with another video!! this time it’s all about coping mechanisms. i know a lot of us are going through deep stuff we don’t usually discuss in the open but know that a lot of people are going through the same thing and sometimes it’s comforting to know that all of us are just coping and you are most certainly not alone in this battle. i would also like to say that i am no professional by any means, i’m just a graduating senior high school student who’s had a fair share of ups and downs and coping mechanisms here and there & i’m more than happy to share that with you.
