ADRIENNE HAWKINS, choreographer. Credits: Holds an M.F.A. in dance from Connecticut College; served as artistic director of Impulse Dance Company of Boston; taught, choreographed, and performed the art form of concert jazz in Japan, Iceland, Northern Ireland, Australia, the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States.; serves on the faculty of the Harvard summer dance program and the American Dance Festival in Connecticut, North Carolina, and Japan; set choreography on the National Ballet of Iceland Repertory, Ballet Plus, and Dance Express in Denmark, Northwest Florida Ballet, and the Portland Ballet; created choreography for rock musicals, music videos, commercials and industrials; served as an adjudicator for the Presidential Arts and Talent Search (Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Rhode Island State Cultural Councils); served on the board of directors of the Boston Dance Alliance, McCormick Center for the Arts, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and the Piano Guild; recipient of the Boston Dance Alliance Dance Champion Award.
