TRANSCRIPT
You don't need an ice cream machine to make great ice cream. You just make your ice cream, whatever recipe you want, pour it off into a zip lock bag. Get all the air out and zip it tight. Then put it in your freezer and freeze it flat. When your ice cream base is frozen solid crumble it into your food processor. At this point you can add vanilla or any flavorings that you want to add to it and process it until it's completely smooth. Put it in your storage container and back into the freezer until you're ready to serve it. The consistency of this ice cream is a little bit finer and it's really wonderful on its own. It's a little more like gelato.
