United Nations - In a recent interview with the UN News Centre, UN Secretary-General-designate António Guterres spoke about his strong commitment to gender equality. Highlighting the "empowerment and protection of women and girls" as a central priority, Mr Guterres also expressed hope for the world body to reach gender parity "at all levels in the nearest possible future".
