Recipe:
1 heaping tablespoon of caramelized condensed milk
3oz espresso
2 oz white rum
Splash of evaporated milk
Fresh lime zest

For caramelized condensed milk:

Pour one can of condensed milk into a small saucepan. Simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly until milk has thickened and changed to a golden brown color. Remove from heat, let cool.

To Make the Cocktail:
Dissolve caramelized condensed milk in 3 oz espresso, pour into drink shaker filled with ice. Add 2oz of white rum, shake until well chilled. Pour into rocks glass filled with ice, top with a splash of evaporated milk, garnish with a generous sprinkle of fresh lime zest.
