Betty demonstrates how to make Colorful Frito Corn Salad. This is a great dish for a potluck dinner.
Colorful Frito Corn Salad
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1⁄2 red bell pepper, chopped
1⁄2 green bell pepper, chopped
1⁄2 purple onion, chopped
2/3 cup to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
5 ounces of chili cheese flavor Frito corn chips
Mix all the ingredients except the chips Add the chips in before serving; otherwise the chips will get soggy. I hope you love this summery corn salad! --Betty :)
