BOURJOIS | Velvet The Lipstick | LIP SWATCHES & REVIEW. I was kindly given Bourjois rouge velvet the lipsticks to review and swatch. I have to say that i was surprised i liked all of them as im not much of a pink lip fan. They are all matte shades and they are definitely velvety! Very smooth on the lips and they dry matte almost like a matte liquid lipstick. The high precision bullet makes it easy to apply and the velvet feel doesnt make your lips chapped.
As always i give you my honest opinion and everything is of course from my experience using them.
