Brookies are the result of a happy marriage between brownies and chocolate chip cookies! If you have a craving for sweets, but you can’t decide between brownies or cookies, well now you can have both. This recipe is really fun to make, and if you have kids, or live with a kid-at-heart, they will love assembling these brookies. Hint: Don’t go crazy and melt the butter like Brian did (Mel even suggests just bringing the butter to room temperature). You’ll get a much “fluffier” cookie that’s nice soft and chewy.
