Super smooth and tasty, this super is so easy to make and can go any way you like, depending on the spice herbs and the types of cheese you use. This version has no herbs just butter , onions potatoes, celery and cauliflower, strong mature cheddar and parmesan cheese used but use what ever you like, a touch of single cream was also used.
