How to make a delicious, easy, traditional beef and guinness Irish Stew.
Ingredients:
600g Stewing beef (Chuck steak or Beef Short Rib)
1 Medium Onion
3 Medium Carrots
1 Stick of Celery
2 Cloves Garlic
500ml can of Guinness
200ml Beef Stock
1 Heaped Tablespoon Tomato Puree
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon of Dried mixed herbs
1 1/2 Tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary
Salt
Black pepper
Flour
Serve with mash potatoes or boiled potatoes
