Easy way to make a NO-SEW ball-shaped watermelon pillow which consists of 6 natural-looking slices. Every watermelon slice has a zipper, so you can transform ball-shaped watermelon pillow into slices, or unzip just one or few of them. It is an interactive and construction pillow.
I show how to make it in no-sew way, but you can sew the parts if you want or don't have glue gun.
To make a 3D Watermelon Pillow (6 slices) you will need:
pink and green fleece fabric (or any stretch fabric). If you want to make just one slice – use old T-shirts
white acrylic paint (it is waterproof and flexible) or fabric paint
hot glue gun (or sew instead)
6 dark green zippers
black felt for seeds
Every watermelon slice is a great travel pillow! So if you need one – just make one slice instead of 6. And you will not zippers then :)
