INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

4 large eggs
Preheat your oven to 350F/180degC and spray your molds with nonstick spray.
For the Cream Filling:
Cream cheese warmed up to room temp
PROCEDURE
Add eggs to large bowl and beat 7 mins or until they double in size
Add melted butter to egg mixture & whisk until combined
Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl
Use a wooden spoon and fold in the flour, baking soda, & baking powder in figure 8 motion.

Remove from the oven and let them completely cool before filling.
CREAM FILLING
Warm cream cheese so it is easy to pipe
Place cream filling in a piping bag with an injector tip. Insert tip into three evenly spaced sections along each little cake, about 1/8 of an inch deep. Squeeze gently until you feel the cake give some resistance.
