EASY HALF UP HALF DOWN HAIR TUTORIAL ❤️Wedding, Bridal & Prom Hair for Medium & Long Hair

Today’s how to hair tutorial is an easy half up half down hairstyle that’s perfect for brides, weddings, prom, special event, or even a simple everyday look. This cute hairstyle works as a beautiful long hair hairstyle, and medium-length hairstyle, and can even be adapted for short hair if you add hair extensions. It’s one of my favourite simple bridal hairstyles because it’s elegant, effortless, and easy to do yourself.

How-To Step-by-Step Tutorial

Step 1: For heatless curls, apply your RobeCurls Heatless Curling Headband the night before.

Step 2: How to Recreate This Half Up Half Down Hair Tutorial:
1. Trace from the back of your part, down and around your crown, and section off this piece completely.
2. Smooth it out with a comb and secure with a small elastic or a couple of bobby pins.
3. Pinch and pull the hair at your crown to add volume and dimension
4. On the left side, trace about one inch below that first section, including the face-framing pieces.
5. Gently twist this section away from your face about three times, starting close to the root.
6. Pinch just below the twist to hold it in place, and with your other hand, lightly pull along the twist to create texture and fullness.
7. Secure the twist by crossing two bobby pins just to the right of your elastic.
8. Repeat the same steps on the right side.
9. Gently adjust both twists to help hide the pins and finish the look.
