Ingredients:
1 Bag (20 Ounces) Frozen Fajitas Vegetables (or Fresh Bell Peppers & Onion)
3 Pounds (48 Ounces) Chicken Breast
1/2 Packet Taco or Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 Ounce Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Can (14.5 Ounces) Diced Tomatoes (Use 10 Ounces for less liquid)
How to make:
1. Trim the fat off your Chicken Breast
2. Add all of your ingredients into your slow cooker starting with half of your Vegetables and finishing with the other half
3. Lightly mix everything together
4. Cook on high for 3 hours
5. Shred your Chicken Breast
6. Cook on low for an hour
TIP: Add this to quinoa, rice, low carb wraps, traditional tortillas, and MORE!
