The talent war, generational changes and the expectation for belonging have shifted tradition talent management models and leadership requirements. Despite the best intentions, organizations continue to experience a revolving door for talented marginalized individuals.

Featured Speaker: Miguel Joey Avilés, Chief of Diversity & Inclusion | Global D&I Speaker

Session Objectives:
• The specific steps and actions to create a workplace culture that allows everyone to thrive
• How to facilitate the right workplace interventions to increase employee engagement and performance
• Coaching and influencing techniques to increase inclusion
• How to analyze how one’s identity shapes his or her views, values and perception in the workplace
• The behaviors that enhance the use of one’s self as an agent of change
• Learn to anticipate employee needs, concerns and objections by providing mentors and mentees with safe opportunities to discuss and explore issues around race, oppression and discrimination
