Here’s my take on the fried rice I used to love eating at the food court at the mall. I don’t know why, but that fried rice always hits the spot! One of the things I love about fried rice is how versatile it is. You can literally add whatever you want and it’ll taste great. Pair this with my teriyaki chicken - (check my previous reels for that recipe) - or feel free to add any protein of your choice. Let me know if you try it out!
