1000 g cod fillet - or fish fillet of your choice
200 ml whipped cream
200 ml crème fraiche
1 egg
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 organic lemon - we need lemon juice and zest
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp pickled green pepper
A little oil for frying and salt and pepper for seasoning - please use the amount of spices according to your taste
