Love pumpkin pie but don't want to bake a whole pie? We have the perfect hack for you. Whip up this pie in a mug with virtually no clean-up. It takes less than five minutes to microwave and it's absolutely worth it!
Microwave Pumpkin Pie
From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
Whipped cream
In a microwave-safe mug, mix together egg, pumpkin, condensed milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Clean the edges of the cup and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is no longer liquid.
Carefully remove the mug from the microwave as it will be hot and garnish with graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
