I'm Wilson Hong. And we are choreographers from the Eternity Dance academy. You can also check me and the other choreographers at eternitydanceacademy.com. So today were going to be teaching you Tutting are you ready? I am let's go.Psssht.How to prepare for tutting! So to get ready for tutting, you want to be familiar with your arm muscles. You want to be able to flex and stretch your wrist in certain ways. So I'm going to give you a couple of exercises and stretches to get familiar with your arm parts. So for the first exercise, we're going to have the arms out. Put one wrist down and one wrist up, now press them against each other. Hold them for at least 8 seconds because you want to get a good stretch. You should feel your muscles tensing up by now.Once, your done stretching, hold them and slowly come out. Just like this.Once your all the way out here, switch and press against each other again. Hold for another 8 seconds. Now hold them again, and slowly come out.And that's it. That's exercise 1.Exercise 2.You're gonna start out with your arms out.Bend your elbow down, just like that.Up.Down.Up. And down. Now that you're here, rotate that way.Now bend your wrist forward. Back. Forward. Back. You could either rotate. Get comfortable with doing this because a lot of tutting requires this kind of movement. You can either go up.And that's exercise 2.Last exercise I have for you is simple and plain, just rotate your shoulders.Rotate forward, do it 10 times. Now do it backwards.Once you get comfortable with it, start playing around with it.Go different angles. Up. Down.Go different ways, up, down, left, right, all that you can do. But get comfortable with it.That's exercise 3."
