If you have a lot of buildup sadness or grief. I'm going to show you a sematic practice to release it. You're going to take your fingers and find where your collar bone meets your shoulder and place them right there. Now you're going to take your fingers and move them in a slow circular motion. You might feel some tension you might feel the urge to cry. You're just going to breathe deeply and allow whatever comes up to release.

And now you're going to do the other side we hold so much grief in our chest and our shoulders and we have to help our body feel safe enough to let it go if you notice yourself yawning or swallowing a lot during this those are great signs that you're releasing it.
