2lbs of Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 Yellow Onion
2 Stalks Green Onion
1-2 Tablespoons of Ginger (minced)
1-2 Tablespoons Garlic (minced)
1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
Smoked Paprika - 1 tablespoon
2 Teaspoons of Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Dried Thyme
2 Teaspoons of White Pepper
1/4 Cup Cooking Sherry
Ginger/Miso broth - 32oz - 4 cups
Heavy Cream - 1/2 pint
2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
Himalayan Sea Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Cook time: 6 minutes on high (12 minutes total with quick release)

Release: Quick or Natural
