New Caledonia will vote for independence. (Geography Now!)

On Nov. 4th 2018 New Caledonia, an overseas special collectivity of France will vote on whether or not they want to stay with the union or secede into a fully sovereign state. It can come with costs if they do. Meet Geograpeep Kenji from New Caledonia as he explains.
