Our Atmosphere Is Shrinking

The stratosphere is a layer of the atmosphere about 40km thick and begins 10-20km above our heads. While CO2 emissions warm troposphere, the layer we live in, it has an opposite effect on the stratosphere above. Out atmosphere is shrinking.
