Rainbow Unicorn Poop Cupcakes - My Little Pony Edition! By Cupcake Addiction

Today I show you how to make these My Little Pony RAINBOW Unicorn Poop Cupcakes! As gross as it sounds, Unicorn Poop Cookies have been popular for a while now, and this is my cupcake version of these glittery rainbow treats.

Tools & Equipment:
Cupcake tray, lined with cupcake liners
6 bowls
Small spoons
Butter knife
Piping bag
Piping tips - I used a loyal #7 pastry tip for the poop swirls and a wilton #233 metal grass tip for the grassed effect
Rainbow food colours - I love Americolours electric colour range

Ingredients:
Edible glitter (optional)
Vanilla cupcake batter - packet mix or your favourite recipe
Buttercream frosting - half green, half white (recipe link below)
