Showing you how to make my favorite favorite favorite Persian meal! This was the VERY FIRST Persian dish I ever tried! I hope you enjoy it!



You can finish the polow on the stove by adding 4-6 tablespoons oil with 2 tablespoons water, then add the par-boiled rice, cover and cook on medium-high for 10 minutes, lower heat to low and put a towel or wax paper on top (like I showed in the video), then cook for 45-55 minutes (time depends on how much tahdig you like). I finish my rice in the oven to evenly distribute the heat.
