This video is an important message to Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Dear Elon Musk, our customer service at Tesla is not nearly good enough right now. Many Tesla customers have complained a lot about their Tesla delivery process as well as Tesla services problems they have, and how long they take to get fixed. It is natural for some issues to arise with a Tesla Model 3 or any car in general, but how that experience goes after that matters a lot. Right now for many Tesla customers it is a disaster. This is unacceptable for our customers sake Elon Musk.
Rich Rebuilds had some Tesla videos go viral the past week with how bad his experience was ordering a pre owned Tesla Model x. Rich Rebuilds got the run around like I have never seen before. This experience for him is unacceptable. It would be one thing if he was the only guy with Tesla issues, but it is way more than just him. We can no longer keep our heads in the sand about these Tesla issues and we must get them fixed asap. Elon Musk lets raise 1-2 billion dollars and get this problem fixed asap.
