Just like you guys, I'm missing that intense PUMP that you can only get from a solid workout in a fully stocked gym... or so I thought! Over the last few weeks many of you have been asking me for a "bodyweight only" arm workout that's both intense and doesn't require a pull-up station. So it took some experimenting, but I know that after hitting this routine for 2 - 3 rounds you guys are going to be very happy with your results! However, you WILL need a towel and it won't be for wiping sweat!

Beginner
- 8 - 10 reps per exercise
- 30 sec. of work for timed exercises
- 30 sec. rest between blocks

Advanced
- 16 - 20 reps per exercise
- 45 sec. of work for timed exercises
- 30 sec. rest between blocks

- Complete 2 - 3 rounds!
- Rest 2 - 3 minutes between rounds
