"We are people just like you" - Mustafa, 14, one year later | UNICEF

When he was 13, Mustafa survived a dangerous journey across the Mediterranean with his mother: This is a story that inspired 'Unfairy Tales: Mustafa goes for a walk' A year later, he has settled in Hof, Germany where he adjusts to a completely new life far from his father and sister. "The Germans ask me who I am and where I'm from. It's their right to….I tell them we are people just like you.” He is taking classes with other refugee children and quickly learning German.
