WAFFLE (yields 2 waffles)
1 cup kodiak cakes power mix
1 cup water
1 scoop Quest multi purpose powder
3 T egg whites
Whisk everything together and cook in waffle maker according to package directions!
(mine takes around 4-5 minutes)
This will also work as pancakes!
EGG SCRAMBLE
Sauce your favorite leftover veggies in a pan sprayed down over medium-medium high heat.
Add egg whites and protein if desired (beans, meat, etc.)
Cook until the egg whites are no longer liquidy, moving around on the skillet frequently to help them “scramble” up. I like to add mustard and garlic powder to my eggs!
Top with your favorite hot sauce or ketchup.
