Yebeg Kikil | Ethiopian Lamb | Ethiopian Recipes in English

This is really easy to make and is wonderful in the winter months. I will be using as much Amharic as I can (I don't know too much). Anyway, this is amazing.

1 CUP ONION
3TSP TURMERIC
1TBSP ETHIOPIAN BUTTER
3 TOMATOES
1TBSP GINGER
1TBSP GARLIC
SALT
1 CUP CARROT
3 PINTS WATER
