2 oz espresso, chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
Club soda (the bubblier, the better!)
Ice

In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the sparkling water. Add the espresso and the vanilla extract, and simple syrup, if desired. Gently stir and enjoy. Want to level up? Add a twist of lemon or orange!
