1. 1200 calories IS not going to help you hit your weight loss goals long term. It’s not enough for your body to function optimally and eventually will mess up for hormones and slow down your metabolism making it even harder to lose weight!
2. More cardio doesn’t always equal more weight loss - personally it made me more hungry and tired.
3. Carbs are not the enemy. Your body wants them.
