You’ll need: 1 package chicken gyoza potstickers 1 package mirepoix 1 (1-quart) container chicken broth 2 tablespoons soyaki sauce 1-2 tablespoons crunchy chili onion, for serving (scale up or down for desired heat) Optional toppings: sesame seeds and green onions What to do: In a medium skillet, fry the potstickers in olive oil on both sides until lightly golden, about 4 minutes. Add ¼ cup water to the skillet, reduce heat, cover, and steam until the water evaporates, about 5 minutes.
