Twice each year, the iconic tower of Rush Rhees Library is open to students for a tour. The chance come once in the fall, around Halloween, and again during Senior Week, just before Commencement.

For students who have spent several years looking up at the tower from the ground, and studying underneath it, it's an opportunity that they don't want to pass up.

With just one very small and very old elevator (among the oldest in the city) taking visitors there, the lines can get a tad long at times. Once there, the upbeat mood of those viewing the city of Rochester and the River Campus below tells you about all you need to know about whether the wait was worth it.
