Today I made a not-so-traditional Apple Pie with a fiesta-style twist - Apple Pie Tacos! I teamed up with my new friend Olivia @ Love Health Fitness on this video!
Olivia's channel is all about health, fitness and crazy cool foods without the guilty calories (unlike mine!) - She made an awesome low-cal sweet apple-tisers to perfectly round out our crazy new Apple Pie recipes :)

Perfectly timed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just because you love pie, these sweet tacos are so much fun to share with friends and a totally unique twist on a traditional old Apple Pie :)
Aaaand, here's the recipe!
4 good sized green or red apples (or 5 smaller ones)
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly compacted
2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted is fine)
2tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup caster (superfine) sugar
300ml whipping cream
Enough oil (I used canola oil) to cover the bottom 2cm / 1/2" of a saucepan or frypan
Approx. 12 soft flour tortillas
