This baked rice custard is truly amazing and perfect for large family dinners as a wonderful dessert. A very easy recipe to follow and enjoy.

Recipe

1/2 cup cooked white rice
1 & 1/2 cups milk
400g can condensed milk
3 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup sultanas

Preheat oven 180ºC. In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake until set, about 40 minutes.
