uild Your Own Pizza Lunchbox - this homemade take on a pizza lunchable is simple to make with only a handful ingredients and can be customized with any toppings you or your kids like! These mini pizzas can be enjoyed cold on-the-go or warmed in the air fryer, oven, or microwave.

Today’s lunchbox:
-Mini cauliflower pizza crusts, cooked pizza crust, pita bread, sandwich thins, or English muffin
-Pizza sauce
-Toppings of choice (I used pepperoni and sweet bell pepper)
-Shredded mozzarella cheese
-Watermelon fries + cinnamon honey yogurt dip
-Cucumbers and snap peas + ranch dressing
-Mini oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
