Ingredients:
For the Ice Cream:
7 Egg Yolks
2/3 of a Cup of Granulated Sugar
2-1/2 Cups of Whole Milk
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Vanilla Pod, split in the center and seeds removed
1/4 tsp of Salt

For the Cookie Dough:
1 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp of Instant Coffee
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter softened at room temperature
1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/3 of a Cup of Brown Sugar
1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
