Creamy Spinach & Garlic Pasta Sauce Recipe

Simple and tasty Spinach cream and garlic pasta. Use any pasta you like of course but get it cooing first as this sauce is pretty fast. We have used dried basil but oregano works just as well. If you are using fresh spinach as we have done make sure it is washed well before you cook it. For the chess we have used a mature cheddar but Parmesan works a treat. the cream we used is a thick cooking cream but go ahead and use a fresh single if you like. We added a few black olives to the mix as an option and if you do not need this to be veggie then bacon is delicious with this combo. So simple play around with and enjoy.
