Double Eyeliner Tutorial (SO GOOD for Hooded Eyes!)

This has been a technique I've been implementing for uneven eyelid or monolid days for a flattering layered eyeliner look. If you have monolids or hooded eyes, you know what I mean when I say eyeliner can get hidden behind your eyelid so this method gives a depth to the eyeliner which can be visible when eyes are both opened and closed.
