For Easy Fish Pie preheat oven 200c
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
dill fresh or dried
2 bay leaves
black pepper
salt
400 ml of whole milk
500g of fish skinned and boneless
40g butter
40g plain flour
150g frozen peas
800g potatoes
40g of butter
100g grated cheese
enough milk for soft spreadable potato's
