Ethiopiques is a vegan food stall in the "Up Market" food hall in Brick Lane East London England UK. Open every Sunday this food hall has about 50 or 60 outlets set up serving food from the four corners of the world. Cuban, West Indian, Mexican and lots of different Asian food. It is a brilliant little vibe with an array of foody smells and sounds in the air. Elsa (I do hope i have her name right) who runs this fantastic Ethiopian vegan stall is doing a great job at, one, making and selling incredible food and, two, promoting Ethiopias cuisine to the masses. Personally i went for Shiro, Gomen and Injera and it was truly amazing. But there are some spectacular salads on offer that look very yummy. Fasolia (green beans), Shimbra (chickpeas), Beetroots, lentils and on and on. Such an amazing amount of fresh salads and hot foods on offer in such small space. Make no mistake, this is the real deal and served by the super friendly Elsa. Go girl you have got it going on.
