Today's livestream will give an intro into German politics and, especially, an overview of the parties that are currently relevant for our national discourse and situation. Germany elected a new national government in September of this year, changing the party - and driving ideological forces - in power for the first time in 16 years after the Merkel era. My guest @Three Arrows and I are here to unravel some of the mess that make it so difficult to understand the political situation in a foreign country. If you are currently living in Germany or planning to move here in the future, this will help you understand a lot of the conversation about political and societal issues. This is also why this stream is in English, so as many people as possible can access it without issue.
