Happy Easter! Even if I don’t celebrate Easter today ( I’m orthodox) I still wish I was with my family and friends. The worst thing for me about the lockdown is that I can’t see my parents. I really don’t care about restaurants and concerts and stores , all I wanna do is just be with my family.
So I was very emotional in this video for no reason other than missing my family a lot and not knowing when will I see them. FaceTime is not the same, you know…

People who still have a job and work from home they’re still kind of forced to have a schedules so knowing just one thing about what’s gonna happen tomorrow can help you create a schedule. Having a schedule can then help you have a routine. And routine is what our body needs.

You’ve probably read everywhere how important is now more than ever to have a routine, to still do the simple things, but yet we still get trapped and get comfortable in pj’s from am to pm with a hair in a bun. It happened to me as well. But don’t let that one time become a whole week. And if it happens to be a whole week, just don’t beat yourself up, it’s ok.
