INGREDIENTS:
Yields: Enough for 2, 5" cake
8 oz room temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
6 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp lemon juice (optional. helps cut the sweetness of the frosting)
