What is SimpleScreenRecorder?

SimpleScreenRecorder is a Linux program that I've (Maarten Beart) created to record programs and games. There were already a few programs that could do this, but I wasn't 100% happy with any of them, so I created my own.

How to get it ?

The installer will be a terminal one again so get prepared to run the Terminal and know the master password of your Linux machine you want to do this .

Open Terminal and paste the following lines 1 by one hitting enter after each paste.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:maarten-baert/simplescreenrecorder
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install simplescreenrecorder
# if you want to record 32-bit OpenGL applications on a 64-bit system:
sudo apt-get install simplescreenrecorder-lib:i386

Simplescreenrecorder is now installed.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO WHILE ON LINUX ?

We must learn and motivate new Users that take their life and privacy seriously . , how things look and feel , how to install , How to use , how to become ONE with your system , so the majority of the Serious Computer users , can find a new destination , in Linux , ONE with more care and respect for the user , then what is being offered now , as a Service.. to millions of users as "Free" yea right , Free ..
