Super Girl Chocolate Bar
From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food
8 ounces dark chocolate
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon puffed quinoa
1 teaspoon dried goji berries
1 teaspoon dried acai berries
1 teaspoon dried blueberries
Special equipment:
Break-Apart chocolate mold (www.amazon.com/CK-Products-90-5731-Break-Apart-Chocolate/dp/B003QP3HUG)
Melt dark chocolate and pour into chocolate molds. Sprinkle with matcha green tea powder, cacao nibs, puffed quinoa & berries. Let set until chocolate hardens.
Carefully pop chocolate bars out of the molds and individually wrap in cellophane bags.
