RECIPE:
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:
Place the metal whisk into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place the sugar into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks., about 2 minutes. Make sure not to over mix. Use immediately or put in container in the refrigerator and whisk for about 15 seconds once you are ready to serve.
