As a nutrition coach, here’s what I’m not doing this summer ⬇️

•avoiding summer favorites ????
•eating in a calorie deficit

☀️ For many of my clients, summer is not the time to cut, it’s a time to enjoy and focus on maintenance mode.

As New Englanders, summer is a sprint we wait for all year long. Vacations, parties, beach days… it’s too short to not enjoy yourself!

But what if you want to feel more confident? There are simple tweaks we can make to see positive changes without restricting or missing out on all the fun. As a mid life millennial, eating less and exercising more isn’t the answer luckily and I’m excited to continue to share what is!!!!
